SCHOOL FACILITIES

Immaculate Heart Secondary School, Uga had her academic slogan thus “……….. Unveiling/maximizing the potentials for excellence. Hence the following structures and facilities are put in place to actualize the goal of excellence thus:
i. The school has boarding facilities for both sexes
ii. The school has three (3) standard science Laboratories namely – Agric Science cum, Biology Lab, Chemistry Lab, and Physics Lab, they are all well equipped to set the standard of excellence in the mind set of our children.
iii. The school operates with a functional library.
iv. The school also has a standard football pitch, Volley Ball court, Bad minton court, Basket Ball court, etc, for the overall development of our students.
v. Also in the school exists a Canteen.
vi. Basic technological Lab and stores share same structure.
vii. Preparatory rooms also exist for the Laboratories.
viii. School equipped and functional ICT/Computer Laboratory also exist in our school.
ix. Good Toilet facilities with Water closet system are intact for Teachers and Students.
x. Well equipped Staff Room for her Tutorial and Non-Tutorial Staff.
xi. School has also 18 seater Modern Bus for conveying of her Staff and Students to events.
xii. There is also Principal’s Office.
xiii. The school Manager’s Office also exists.
xiv. There is also the existence of Bursary Department.
xv. Good Security outpost also exists for Night and Day guards.
xvi. School has also a Demonstration Farm.
